Libreng TESDA Online Courses: Gabay sa TOP at Updated na Listahan (2026)

Oo, puwede kang mag-aral ng bagong skills nang walang tuition sa TESDA Online Program (TOP). Ito ang libreng online learning platform ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Pagkatapos mong tapusin ang isang course, puwede kang makatanggap ng electronic certificate of completion, o e-certificate. Iba ito sa National Certificate (NC). Para sa NC, kailangan mong pumasa sa hiwalay na competency assessment sa accredited assessment center.
Para sa mga estudyante, job seeker, OFW, working professional, at sinumang gustong mag-upskill ang gabay na ito. Ang SiteDecide ay independent na source ng educational information. Hindi kami affiliated sa TESDA. I-check palagi ang official site: https://e-tesda.gov.ph.
Kung training slot na may allowance ang hinahanap mo, iba iyon sa TOP. Nasa libreng TESDA scholarship para sa face-to-face training ang pagkakaiba at ang official application page.
Ano ang TESDA Online Program?
Ayon sa TESDA, ang TOP ay website na may libreng online courses para sa technical education and skills development. MOOC ang tawag nila rito, o Massive Open Online Courses. Ibig sabihin, online courses ito na bukas sa maraming tao. Mas madali nitong maabot ng mga Filipino ang TVET, sa sarili nilang oras at lugar.
Sa TOP, puwede kang:
- Mag-aral online nang walang tuition
- Mag-aral sa sarili mong pace
- Buksan ang lessons kapag may oras ka
- Maghanda para sa trabaho o para i-upgrade ang skills mo
Kailangan mo ng internet at device, gaya ng computer, tablet, o smartphone. May blended learning din ang TESDA sa ilang TESDA Technology Institutions sa pamamagitan ng Multi-Regional TESDA Online Program (MRTOP). May online at may face-to-face na parte ang ganitong training.
May certificate ba ang TESDA online courses?
May e-certificate of completion kung matatapos mo ang TOP course, ayon sa TESDA. Hindi ito automatic na National Certificate. Ang download mula sa official account, at ang pag-check ng NC o COC sa registry, ay nasa Paano i-download at i-verify ang TESDA e-certificate.

Ang NC o COC ay ibinibigay pagkatapos ng assessment sa TESDA-accredited assessment center, TESDA office, o TESDA TVET assessment center. May assessment fee ito, base sa fees na itinakda ng TESDA Board. Hindi kasama ang fee na ito sa libreng online enrollment.
Kung NC ang hinihingi ng employer, tapusin muna ang kaugnay na TOP course kung may available, maghanda, tapos mag-apply para sa assessment. Tingnan ang TESDA FAQ on Assessment and Certification, ang mga hakbang sa pag-apply, at ang gabay sa pagkuha ng National Certificate pagkatapos ng TESDA online course.
May mga course sa catalog na galing sa partners, kasama ang Amazon Web Services, Google, Microsoft, IBM SkillsBuild, Khan Academy, HP LIFE, at International Labour Organization. Kapag may “certified” sa pangalan ng partner course, hindi ibig sabihin na NC na ang matatanggap mo pagkatapos sa TOP, o kapalit ito ng exam o credential ng partner na iyon. Sino ang puwedeng mag-enroll?
Ayon sa TESDA, para sa mga Filipino ang TOP. Kasama ang mga estudyante, out-of-school youth, unemployed adults, local at overseas workers, at mga professional na gustong mag-training sa sariling oras.
Walang tuition para ma-access ang mga TOP course. May sariling entry requirements ang ilang qualifications. Nakasulat ang mga ito sa Training Regulations, ang official rules ng bawat qualification. Basahin ang course page bago mag-enroll.
Puwede ba sa cellphone?
Oo. Puwede mong buksan ang e-tesda.gov.ph sa browser ng Android phone, iPhone, tablet, laptop, o desktop.
May TESDA Online Program mobile app din. Naka-link ang app sa TOP site. Dati nang sinabi ng TESDA na puwede itong i-access sa Google Play at App Store.
Ano ang makukuha mo sa TOP?
- Libreng online courses, walang tuition
- Self-paced ang pag-aaral, kahit malayo ka sa training center
- E-certificate of completion kung included ito pagkatapos mong tapusin ang course
- Puwede kang magpa-assess para sa NC o COC kung gusto mo
- May courses sa agriculture, construction, ICT, tourism, health care, entrepreneurship, at iba pa
Hindi garantisado ang trabaho pagkatapos ng course. Nakakatulong ang skills at certificate, pero depende pa rin sa employer, sa experience mo, at sa trabahong available sa lugar ninyo.

Ang listahan sa ibaba ay galing sa official TOP course catalog sa e-tesda.gov.ph/course noong 21 Oktubre 2026. Kasama rito ang public course sectors sa catalog. May internal training din ang TESDA para sa sarili nitong employees; hindi iyon kasama dito.
Gamitin ang listahan para makita kung ano ang naka-publish ng TESDA noong date na iyon. Hindi ibig sabihin na lahat ng item ay may e-certificate, open pa ngayon, o magbibigay ng NC.
Paano basahin ang bawat grupo:
- Ang pangalan gaya ng Cookery NC II ay folder ng isang qualification o topic. Ang mga line sa ilalim nito ay ang course modules na naka-publish sa folder na iyon.
- Ang line na walang module sa ilalim ay isang course card sa catalog, hindi folder na may visible na modules.
- Ang NC sa pangalan ng folder ay title ng TESDA qualification. Hindi automatic na National Certificate kapag natapos mo ang online modules.
- Kasama ang partner folders dahil naka-lista sila sa public catalog. Hindi sila TESDA qualifications kung hindi ito sinasabi ng course page.
Nagbabago ang catalog, kaya i-check ulit ang official site bago mag-enroll.

Hindi mo kailangang pumunta sa training center para magsimula sa TOP. Sundin ang official site at ang How To guide.
- Buksan ang official site. Pumunta sa https://e-tesda.gov.ph. Iwasan ang hindi official na page na naniningil para mag-enroll sa TOP.
- Gumawa ng libreng account. Mag-register gamit ang email na ginagamit mo. Walang tuition para gumawa ng account.
- I-verify ang account. Tingnan ang inbox, spam, o promotions folder para sa confirmation message, kung may ipapadala ang site.
- Mag-log in. Gamitin ang login details na ginamit mo sa registration.
- Pumili ng course. Basahin muna ang course description, modules, at requirements.
- Mag-enroll. Buksan ang course page at sundin ang Enroll instructions sa screen.
- Mag-aral sa oras mo. Buksan ang lessons kapag may oras ka.
Tip: Maghanda ng stable na internet at email na palagi mong tinitingnan. Pumili ng course na tugma sa interes mo o sa plano mo sa trabaho para mas madali mo itong tapusin.

Libre ba talaga ang TESDA Online Program?
Oo. Ayon sa TESDA, libre ang TOP at walang tuition para ma-access ang courses. Hiwalay ang assessment fee kung magpapa-assess ka para sa NC o COC.
Pagkatapos ng online course, NC na ba ang matatanggap ko?
Hindi automatic. Puwede kang makatanggap ng e-certificate pagkatapos ng TOP course. Ang NC ay para sa mga pumasa sa competency assessment ng qualification na may Training Regulation.
Kailangan ko bang pumunta sa TESDA center para mag-aral online?
Hindi, kung TOP lessons lang ang kukunin mo. Pumunta ka sa accredited assessment center kung magpapa-assess ka para sa NC o COC.
